Our shipping policy is designed to provide convenient and efficient delivery services while ensuring the safe arrival of your orders. Here's an overview of our shipping policy:
Shipping Services and Discounts:
We offer standard delivery and expedited delivery services within the United States.
For international orders, we provide discounts of up to 50%.
Note: Certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping Cost Calculation:
The shipping cost for many items is calculated based on weight, which can be found on the product details page.
To comply with the policies of shipping companies, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound.
Shipping Time:
We always strive to ship orders on the same day we receive them, except on Sundays and holidays.
Please be aware that different courier companies have different pickup times from our warehouse. Make sure you are aware of the following cutoff times for same-day shipping:
FedEx: 2:30 PM Eastern Time
USPS: 12:00 PM Eastern Time
Standard Delivery: 12:00 PM ET
Orders received after the cutoff time on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday or working day.
No shipments are made during holidays.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time or later will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Time Examples:
Using FedEx Express services, here are shipping examples after the Thursday cutoff time (excluding holidays):
FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Thursday and choosing overnight shipping will be shipped on the next business day (Friday) and delivered on Monday.
FedEx 2-Day: Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Thursday with FedEx 2-Day will be shipped on the next business day (Friday) and delivered on the following Tuesday.
FedEx Express Saver: The shipping time for FedEx Express Saver is 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
FedEx Ground, USPS First Class, Priority, and other non-express services do not guarantee delivery dates. The displayed shipping times are for reference only.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received the package, please contact your local police department immediately to file a report and file a claim with the carrier.
We do not assume any responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately to learn about the claims process and requirements for lost shipments.
Shipping Notification and Tracking:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes the order shipment confirmation and the carrier's tracking number. You can log in to the carrier's website and enter the provided tracking number to track your shipment.
Do you have a specific date or time for purchasing items?
If you need to receive items by a specific date, please consider that even with the best courier services, there is still a small chance of delays, losses, thefts, or deliveries to incorrect addresses. Therefore, we recommend allowing sufficient time when placing your order to account for any unforeseen circumstances (especially if you're purchasing items for an event, please allow at least one extra week for preparation and equipment testing). It is your responsibility to track your shipment using the provided tracking number (contact us if you haven't received tracking information) and notify us immediately of any delays, errors, or exceptional situations.
Please note that placing an order with us implies your agreement to our terms and conditions, and we do not assume any responsibility for indirect, special, or incidental losses or damages.
Incorrect Shipping Fees:
If you provide incorrect delivery address information, resulting in a carrier's assessment for address correction, a fee of $12.50 USD will be deducted from your archived account.
